SHIPPING POLICY — Sprout & Paws

Thank you for shopping with Sprout & Paws. This policy explains how and when your order is processed and delivered.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 24–72 hours of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES
• FREE standard shipping on all orders over $45
• Flat $4.90 standard shipping on orders under $45

DELIVERY TIME (UNITED STATES)
Standard delivery: 12–20 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive sooner, but please allow the full window during peak seasons.

ORDER TRACKING
Every order ships with full tracking. Use the "Track your order" link in our menu, or the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch.

LOST OR STUCK PACKAGES
If your tracking has not updated for 10+ business days, contact us — we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund where appropriate.
